This course will provide an understanding of cost planning and benefits management on Projects. We will take the delegates through the tools and techniques commonly used by Project Managers on all stages in the Project Lifecycle to accurately estimate project costs, and their presentation including Earned Value Analysis and S-curves, and then link this to the benefits to be gained to the organisation when delivering projects.
